Our General Policies

Payments & Refunds

• All sessions must be paid in FULL online or on site prior to first day of class
• Make checks payable to Ideal Tennis Academy.
• All payments processed online via credit card will have a 3-5% processing fee (depending on processor at the time).
• Payments made after first day of class will have an extra fee of $30.
• If you want to enroll in the middle of the session just give us a call at 210-286-9061.
• If enrolling in our Tennis Delivery program, travel is subject to additional fees based on mileage.
• Once you have started a session no refunds will be available. For exceptions must talk to Miguel Martin (Director). If any exception is applied, classes already done will be charged at the daily rate with no exceptions.
• Registrations cancelled more than 14 days before the start date will be refunded 100% of the registration fees.
• Registrations cancelled no less than 7 days before the start date will be refunded 50% of the registration fees. If you have not paid yet, the 50% will be due.
• Registrations cancelled within 7 days of the start date of the course will not be eligible for a refund. If you have not paid, the full amount will be due.
• No exceptions on our refund policies will be done regardless of a group lesson and/or a private or semi-private lesson.

Make-up Policy

• Up to 2 make up classes are available in the After School programs and Morning Summer Camps as long as you communicate your absence 48hrs in advanced or when medical emergencies. Therefore, make up classes are not available if you do not show up or cancel the same day of the clinic.
• Make up classes will not be carry to the next session.
• On the Evening Summer Camps NO make up classes will be available, unless the student missed due to an emergency. 
• If a class is cancelled due bad weather, the academy director will offer a make up class day for everyone.

Rights

• Ideal Tennis reserves the right to cancel classes with less than 3 students enrolled.
• Ideal Tennis has my permission to use photos and/or videos of my family and/or myself forever on the company website(s) and/or for marketing tools and all social media.
• Ideal Tennis reserves the right to change the coach and hours of classes if necessary for any reasons in any class.
• This policies are valid for as long as the client participates in any our programs. It has no expiration date.

WHEREAS, the undersigned has applied to participate in tennis instructional clinics sponsored by IDEAL CORPORATIONS, INC dba IDEAL TENNIS ACADEMY (“ITA”); and

WHEREAS, ITA has made arrangements with the manager(s)/custodian(s) of the facility or facilities upon which the clinics will be conducted (“Managers”) and may employ assistants (“Employees”) to help conduct the clinics; and

WHEREAS, ITA has committed to the Managers and the Employees that they will be protected against claims by clinic participants for damages related to participation in the clinic activities, and ITA itself requires such protection; and

WHEREAS, the undersigned acknowledges that participation in the clinics may be hazardous in general, can involve strenuous exercise, and that serious accidents sometimes occur in such activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration for ITA’s acceptance of the undersigned’s application and agreement that the undersigned applicant may participate in the clinics, the undersigned do/does hereby agree as follows:

1. The undersigned applicant will be engaging in the clinic activities and use of the facilities at his/her own risk and does hereby irrevocably assume the risk of any injury, illness and/or damage directly or indirectly related to participation in the clinics, in its entirety, regardless of the cause.

2. The undersigned (on behalf of him/herself and all of his/her representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, agents and assigns) do/does hereby waive, release, remise and forever discharge, indemnify and agree to hold harmless all Manager(s) (and their employers, officers, employees and agents), ITA (and all shareholders, officers, instructors, staff, faculty, and agents of ITA, and the Employees (all of the foregoing being collectively hereinafter referred to as "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, penalties, fines, causes of action or other proceedings and all costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity and whether now in existence or hereafter arising, with respect to any loss of or damage to personal property, personal injury, illness, or death of the undersigned, arising out of, resulting from, caused by, occurring during or in any way connected with, directly or indirectly, participation in the clinics, even if due to negligence, carelessness, or any other act or omission.

3. The foregoing release, waiver, and indemnity provisions are intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the law of the State of Texas, and if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall continue in full force and effect.

4. THE UNDERSIGNED DO/DOES ACKNOWLEDGE HIS/HER CAREFUL READING OF THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. YOU ARE AWARE AND AGREE THAT BY EXECUTING THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE, YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION OF ASSERT A CLAIM AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES, OR ANY OF THEM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION CLAIMS FOR NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT ON IT'S PREMISES. YOU HAVE READ AND VOLUNTARILY SIGNED THE WAIVER AND RELEASE AND FURTHER AGREE THAT NO ORAL REPRESENTATIONS, STATEMENTS, OR INDUCEMENT APART FROM THE FOREGOING WRITTEN AGREEMENT HAVE BEEN MADE. YOU AGREE THIS FORM IS VALID FOR AS LONG AS YOU PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF IDEAL TENNIS PROGRAMS.
